The name "Pantanal" comes from the Portuguese word pantano, meaning wetland, bog, swamp, quagmire or marsh. By comparison, the Brazilian highlands are locally referred to as the planalto, plateau or, literally, high plain. The Pantanal is a natural region encompassing the world's largest tropical wetland area. It is located in the Center of South America, in the basin of Alto Paraguay. Its area is 138,183 Km² in Brazil. The region is an alluvial flat ground influenced by Rivers that drains the basin of Alto Paraguay, where a beautiful fauna and flora is developed. One of the largest swamplands in the world, it is internationally known by its zoological biodiversity: birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, insects and fish.

- Day 1 – Campo Grande/Pantanal – Reception at airport and transfer to the bus station at 6am, 10am, 12pm or 15h30m in regular bus to the city of Aquidauana and Miranda (120km or 200km). Receptive and transfer to the hostel as the option below. Arrival. Accommodation. Free time. The afternoon visit the facilities, knowing the history, the culture of the Pantanal man, handling the cattle and the work of Finance. Dinner. Focusing animals. Overnight.
- Day 2 – Pantanal – Breakfast, shortly after Photographic Safari, observation of the Pantanal fauna and flora. Return to the Inn. Lunch. Free time. Afternoon tour on horseback through the fields. Return. Dinner. Free evening. Overnight.
